10-2 CCIE Campaigning, voter registration and voter education on School Board Elections. Meet @ Lucias Cafe (33rd & Tejon) at 8:30am.

10-7 World Friendship Festival. 10-3pm at the flagpole.

10-7 MEChA meeting in Tivoli room 540, 5:30pm.

10-11 Columbas Day Protest and rally. This is to be followed by a rally to the Department of Education. For more info contact MEChA.

10-12 Indigenous Rights Rally at the Capitol. This starts at 4pm and for more info contact MEChA.

10-13 Latino Job Conference 8-12pm. Tivoli Turnhalle.

10-14 Latino Job Fair in the Tivoli Turnhalle, 9am-4pm.

10-14 Breakfast for Carmen Lomas Garza, 8-9:30 at the Golden Meir House. Lunch to follow 11:30-1pm at St Francis Center.

10-18 La Raza Youth Conference planning meeting at the United Way bldg. @ 6pm

10-21 MEChA High School Network Meeting, 4-5:30pm, place TBA.

10-23 & 10-24 Regional meeting in Grand Junction on Oct. 24th @ 8am. We recommend arriving on the 23rd. If you need lodging pleas contact us as soon as possible. We are asking for one male and one female rep.

10-30 MEChA's Dia de los Muertos Fiesta. Pecos Community Center, 3555 Pecos St. 8:30pm-12am. Individual cost is $6. and couples cost is $10.
