Activists and scholars concerned with indigenous issues are encouraged to submit articles for publication in the Bulletin. Articles should be negotiated with the editors and submitted on a computer disk accompanied by printed copy. Computer disks must be clearly marked with the name of the file and indicate the program and version used to produce the file.
