Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Analysis
The Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Analysis (OIRPA) supports
institutional
planning, policy formulation and decision-making at the University of Colorado at Denver
by:
- summarizing and analyzing data from operational activities;
- conducting studies that describe, analyze and evaluate the operations and outcomes of the university;
- providing significant support for program review, outcomes assessment and accreditation activities;
- coordinating planning efforts with the University of Colorado system and with State
agencies;- producing the Institutional Facts and Characteristics book;
- responding to requests for data/information from internal and external sources;
- preparing required reports for the CU System Administration, state and federal agencies;
- and by engaging in special studies that will assist CU-Denver in organizational
development, in understanding its internal and external environments, and in planning for
alternate futures.
OIRPA is the official source of data about students, faculty and staff at the campus and
produces a variety of reports on topics such as enrollments, retention and student
surveys.
We are located in Suite 805 of the CU-Denver building, 1250 14th Street, in downtown Denver.
Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
