Course Description
First Term Last Term Fall 1988 URP 5530-3. Planning Law. Focuses on the legal setting for urban and regional planning in the United States and major constitutionalissues in the effectuation of planning policy. Contemporary controversies are put into the larger context of attempts by the judicial system to redefinethe balance between individual rights and governmentalpower in an increasingly weakened society.
