ANTH 1000-3. Anthropology: Past and Present. Anthropology is the study of humankind in all of its diversity and complexity. Anthropologists have traditionally approached the study from four distinct perspectives: biological, cultural, linguistic, and archaeological. This course will consider how anthropologists study humankind from these four perspectives and the robust picture of humanity that emerges.
