| MATH 1070-3. Algebra for Social Sciences and Business. Sets and functions, mathematics of finance, systems of equations, linear programming, probability, and matrix algebra. Emphasis is on applications. Prereq: at least a year of high school algebra and a satisfactory score on the placement exam. No co-credit with MATH 1110 or 1130. |
