Graduate Programs
The University of Colorado at Denver offers high quality graduate programs in a broad range of academic and professional disciplines. Graduate education is a particular strength for UCD; with almost half of its students enrolled in graduate programs,  it has a higher percentage of graduate students compared to undergraduates than most other universities in the country. This special emphasis on graduate education has led to a number of innovative programs and teaching methods, and provides a strong culture of graduate studies on the campus. These graduate programs also benefit from UCD's immediate proximity to downtown Denver, which provides rich opportunities for internships and employment, for collaborations between the university and the city, and for a wealth of real world problems that can test and elaborate the ideas gained in the classroom.
