                (The University of Colorado at Denver has a standard Facilities and
                Administrative Costs (formerly Indirect Cost) rate, negotiated with our
                cognizant Federal agency - the Department of Health and Human Services.
                For the period July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2002 the rate is 41%; for the
                period July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2004 the rate will be 42%.)
