There are a number of groups delivering training for faculty, staff and students at CU-Denver. This Web site has been developed with links to individual training organizations in order to present an organized view of campus training possibilities.

Center For Human Resources (CHR) - Dottie Bovard, Coordinator

This center provides faculty and staff training on a variety of subjects in a classroom or web-based environment.

CINS Free Computer Classes - Jeff Beel, Supervisor

These classes consist of one hour sessions that have been developed for students who need a quick overview of technical subjects. These courses are open to faculty and staff who want to learn using this training format. The present trainer is Erik Lucero.

Faculty Technology Studio (Technology and Learning Team) - Scott Grabinger, Director

This group provides specific IT training for faculty which is slanted toward the use of technology as a tool in the classroom.

Computer Based Training (CBT Training Provided by CINS) - Jeff Beel, Supervisor

CINS has leased 250 training titles for a period of one year. These are now available via the World Wide Web. Feel free to explore the possibilities and provide feedback to Jeff Beel. To access CBT Courseware: Click Here .
