LCDD brings light to the construction of the units in plan. Two modules are apparent in the plan. The first is 3.60 X 6.50 meters; the second is 3.50 X 3.60 meters. These units, mirrored and arrayed, form the plans. The architect designed the living spaces in one and two-bedroom units. The ultimate result was that the units were perceived not as low-cost houses, but as houses for the rich.
