Course Description: Promotes research skills through exposure to diverse research presentations. Participants give presentations and participate in discussions. A preferred topic of presentation is the speaker's own research. Alternative topics include overviews of research areas and reviewing important published articles in the field of interest.

Prerequisites: PhD standing.

The course consists of two parts, which are split into Mondays and Wednesdays, respectively. The Monday sessions are devoted exclusively to students' presentations. The Wednesday sessions serve the purpose to be the CSE Departmental Seminars. Enrolled students may give presentations in any of the two sessions. The schedule below if for Mondays only.
