Background

So it's all on the line now. You know what you have to do and how important it is to do a great job. But where will you find out the "critical characteristics" of a perfect web site?

Without missing a beat, Chris says simply, "the Internet."

You start to think about it and the more you think, the more it makes sense. You've done a lot of surfing on the Web and you have plenty of "favorite" sites. Think! What made them your favorite? What makes you go back over and over again to some sites and stay away from others?

Almost without realizing it, you blurt out, "Cool Stuff!" Since no one asked a question, your answer brings a few chuckles. But someone else on the team must be thinking like you, because they say, "Cool Pics!" Soon everyone is throwing out ideas.

That's when Chris interrupts. "You'll have to do better than that! This CEO won't accept words like cool or awesome." Chris goes on to explain that the CEO wants descriptive words that really have definite meaning. Words like cool and awesome mean different things to different people.

Chris suggests that you split up the task into individual roles. To find out what Chris means, click on the "Individual Roles" button above on the left.
