Two important recognitions of these websites has been their being featured in Issues in Global Education as well as the interest shown by Elizabeth McGregor of Harvard University to use them as a prototype for work with the Canadian Government and the United Nations.  They are prominently listed on most important search engines and are absolutely non-commercial and independent.  The material has also been adapted by numerous college and high school courses.

 SOME CURRENT PROJECTS

I was on Sabbatical Fall semester 2002.  The Sabbatical took quite an unexpected direction when Prof. Robert Flanagan of the University of Colorado and I began a collaboration which has already resulted in our making two disclosures of what are clearly patentable inventions to the University of Colorado.  The direction of this work is leading us into areas of multi-sensory modeling as well as environmental management involving trade-offs and optimizations.

I also began collaboration with Prof. Alan Berger of Harvard University on a major textbook project after I was solicited to do so by Blackwell.
